As every parent knows, sometimes the best toys aren't really toys at all. I mentioned in the last post that Steven loves grabbing Mike's hairbrush off the counter and carrying it around and playing with it. Another hit was when I put a handful of Cheerios in an empty soda bottle (with a well-tightened cap, of course!). Last weekend I bought a new laundry basket and so far it hasn't been near any laundry. Mike and Steven played submarine with it on Monday.
And then of course Knute wanted to get in on the laundry basket action, too...
If this keeps up I may have to buy yet another laundry basket to use for its intended purpose.
