Here are a bunch of pictures my mom sent me from Steven's baptism weekend...

Time flies

I blink and all of a sudden I haven't posted any pictures in over a month! Shame on me! It's been an eventful month. Steven turned 6 months old two weeks ago, and a few days later he was baptized.

We had lots of family in town, including Steven's Aunt Christa, who not only met Steven in person for the first time, but who baptized him, too!

Steven was a trooper through the long service. By the end he was very tired, so no smiles for the camera.

Other people took pictures of the rest of the family with Steven after the baptism, but so far I haven't received any by e-mail. I may have to post again once those come in.








After the baptism but while everyone was still in their nice clothes at home we tried to get some pictures of Grandma and Grandpa Unruh with the three grandkids. Not everyone cooperated at one time, but we managed to get a couple of decent pictures.

Lily lost interest, but we got the babies!

Lily had fun trying to play with Steven, even though he's too little to play "with" anyone, really. But I think he enjoyed the attention!

Drool monster

I was just looking back at the pictures on the blog and Steven is wearing a bib in almost every single one. He's such a drooler! (Originally they were for spit-up, too, but he has mostly outgrown that now.) I guess the bib is just part of his wardrobe for a while. We'll have to remember to take it off for his baptism in a couple of weeks--but we'll keep it on until the last moment to protect whatever he's wearing!
